From bare ground
to finished build.
Ground up residential and light commercial construction across metro Atlanta, managed by one contractor from site work through closeout.
Why one contractor
for the whole build?
Most new builds are a relay race between companies that have never met: an excavator, a concrete sub, a framing crew, and a parade of finish trades, each waiting on the last. Every handoff is a chance for the schedule to slip and for details to fall through the cracks.
We run the build differently. Site work, foundation, framing, and finish all move through one company with full project management over the top. The concrete crews that pour the footings and the finish teams that hang the last door answer to the same name. One schedule, one standard, one contractor accountable for the result.
How does a ground up build run?
Site Work
Clearing, grading, and preparing the ground so everything that follows sits on a stable, well drained site.
Foundation
Footings and foundation formed, poured, and finished by our own concrete crews. The most important pour of the project.
Framing
The structure goes up: framing, sheathing, and the skeleton that every finish trade will hang its work on.
Finish and Closeout
Exterior and interior finishes, the final walkthrough, and a punch list that actually gets completed before we call it done.
Residential and
light commercial.
We build for homeowners and for businesses, and the same standard of work goes into both. Property owners, builders, and businesses across metro Atlanta use us because the full scope lives under one roof: the ground up build today, and the remodeling or repairs and maintenance the property will need down the road.

What shapes the cost of a new build?
Size and finishes are the levers everyone knows, but the site itself matters just as much. A flat, accessible lot with good soil is a cheaper start than a sloped one that needs serious grading and drainage work. The complexity of the structure plays in too: a simple footprint frames faster than one with a dozen corners, and light commercial requirements differ from residential ones.
The honest way to budget a build is to talk through the real project, not a square foot number from the internet. We price from your actual plans and site with a free estimate, and we build across Atlanta and the surrounding metro, including Marietta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Decatur, Smyrna, and Brookhaven.
Before you
break ground.
Do you build from the ground up?
Yes. We handle ground up residential and light commercial construction, managing the build from site work and foundation through finish and closeout.
Who manages the project?
We do. Full project management is part of the service, so you have one contractor and one point of contact from the first day on site to the final walkthrough.
Do you pour your own foundations?
Yes. Foundations and footings are formed, poured, and finished by our own concrete crews rather than handed to a sub we do not control.
What types of buildings do you construct?
Residential projects and light commercial buildings across Atlanta and the surrounding metro.
How do I start a new construction project?
